License Agreement

By downloading or using this application ("App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. License Grant: The developers grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this License Agreement.

  2. No Guarantees: This App is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  3. Free Use: This App is provided to you free of charge.

  4. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the developers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  5. User Responsibilities: You agree to use the App in a manner that is lawful and in accordance with this License Agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

  6. Modifications and Updates: The developers may, from time to time, modify or update the App. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or improvements to the App. You agree that the developers are under no obligation to provide any support or updates.

  7. Termination: This License Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this License Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the developers if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

  8. Governing Law: This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  9. Severability: If any provision of this License Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  10. Entire Agreement: This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developers with respect to the use of the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
